VietNamNet Bridge – Hanoi will host its fifth Oktoberfest at the JW Marriott Hanoi Hotel late this October.
The festival will be held from 6:00pm till midnight on Thursday the 23rd and Friday the 24th of October on the lakeside within the grounds of the hotel.
Featuring a 1600 square meter Marquis with seating for up to 1200 people this is set to be Hanoi’s biggest Oktoberfest to be held so far.
According to the hotel, they will be serving a host of Bavarian Specialty’s typically associated with Oktoberfest including German Sausages and Pretzels. Guests will be served free flow of Paulaner Hefe Weissbier a real German beer in their own keepsake mug. There will be also a German live band playing Bavarian classics, fun games and prize draws.
Tickets will go on sale from July, prices are VND 1,100,000 for individual tickets and VND 1,000,000 for members of German Business Association.

The Oktoberfest is the world’s largest beer-festival held annually in Munich, Bavaria, Germany with a history of 204 years. It is a 16-day festival running from late September to the first weekend in October with more than 6 million people from around the world attending the event every year. In recent years it has been a tradition for German communities to celebrate Oktoberfest all over the world.
