Quan Ba welcomes sharp rise in visitor figures
(VNS) The rural district of Quan Ba in northern border Ha Giang Province has reported a sharp increase in the number of visitors this year, especially in August.
The district, on the China border, has beautiful landscapes and many ethnic minority cultures.
