A photo exhibition on the days in Vietnam of Nick Vujicic, an Australian
inspirational speaker born without arms and legs, was held in Hanoi
on August 1.
The event is expected to convey strength and
will to Vietnamese people with disabilities to help them overcome
difficulties and challenges in life.
Nguyen Thi Binh,
who is a former Vice State President and the Honorary President of
the Vietnam Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin, cut the
opening ribbon at the event that took place i n response to the Day
for Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin on August 10.

images taken by photographer Nguyen Anh, the exhibition is a
combination of artistic and press photos. They feature the smiles and
sparkle of Nick Vujicic during his exchanges and talks with Vietnamese
audiences.
Nguyen Son Lam, C hairman of the Toa Sang
(Shining) Training Joint Stock Company, who is also a person with
disability, said: “ Vietnam ’s community of disabled
people will have more belief in life after witnessing Vujicic’s
talks with Vietnamese audiences.”
The exhibition also aims to preserve the positive images and spirit that Vujicic brought to Vietnam.
The Australian inspirational speaker visited Vietnam and held talks with local audiences in May this year.-VNA
