Nearly 60 local and international paragliders took to the skies for the ‘Flying over Tien Sa 2018’ paragliding competition in the central city of Da Nang.

The ‘Flying over Tien Sa 2018’ paragliding competition recently came to a close in Da Nang city, attracting nearly 60 domestic and international paragliders. The starting point was placed on the peak of the mountain on Son Tra peninsula at a height of 600 metres.
Pilots impress viewers with a display of synchronized paragliding. Last year, the event attracted more than 100 pilots.
A pilot flies over an urban area of Da Nang. The competition race is 2.5km from the starting point to the landing point at Tho Quang beach.
Some of the pilots carry passengers for an exhilarating hang glider experience.
