Synescape live audiovisual performance introduces “synescape: please touch” project, which will be on view from August 23 to 25 at Tinh Dau.
“Synescape: please touch” is a collaborative project between Alistair Hobson (concept and sound design) and 2nanas (concept and video). It is an interactive, multi-sensory installation in which visitors are invited to trigger sounds and visuals by touching and interacting with exhibited objects.
The term “synescape” is a combination of “synesthesia”, which means “perception of a sensory experience through another sense” and the suffix -scape which indicates representation of a scenery.
