Yellow apricot is one of ornamental trees selected by many Vietnamese people to decorate their houses during Tet. They believe that yellow apricot blossoms will bring them prosperity and wealth.  Yellow apricot trees at Van Phuc flower market are taken from the southern province of Binh Dinh.  A yellow apricot bonsai ranges between VND5 million-10 million.    Gardeners take meticulous care of yellow apricot trees.  Many yellow apricot pots are in full bloom despite cold weather.
