A season of films will be organised to celebrate the nation’s upcoming
holidays, according to a recent decision issued by the Ministry of
Culture, Sports and Tourism.

A feature film on the
liberation of Saigon (now Ho Chi Minh City), and documentaries on
Vietnam’s Revolutionary Cinema, climate change and forests will be
screened in all provinces to mark the Reunification Day (April 30), May
Day, Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7) and the birth anniversary of
President Ho Chi Minh (May 19).

The season will start on April 27 and last until May 20.-VNA
