Experiences in monitoring and assessing the implementation of documents
at the Vietnamese Government Office was shared among more than 100 Lao
officials and experts at a seminar in Vientiane on March 27 and 28.
During the function, participants discussed themes
on the office work; receiving, distributing, handing over and publishing
documents; processing and keeping documents in archives.
A representative of the Lao Government Office said the seminar helped
Lao public employees better understand their responsibility and work,
raise the quality and efficiency and ensure the transparency of the
process from receiving, distributing, monitoring and managing documents
at the Government Office.-VNA
