The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is coordinating with the Ministry of
Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs and Vietnamese representative
agencies in Libya and other regional countries to ensure the optimum
safety for the Vietnamese citizens there.
Foreign
Ministry Spokesperson Le Hai Binh told reporters at a regular press
conference in Hanoi on July 31, emphasising that the agencies have
devised proper, necessary protection plans.
