VietNamNet Bridge – The police of Nam Dan district, Nghe An Province, have prosecuted and arrested Nguyen Duc Mao and Ngo Tri Duong on charges of rape.

Earlier, Nam Dan district police agency received a letter of denunciation from a woman named NTH, 24, from Hung Tien commune, Nam Dan district accusing Ngo Tri Duong (born in 1984, from Kim Lien commune, Nam Dan district) of raping her in the early morning of June 29, 2010. Soon after, Duong fled.
In early 2013, Duong returned home and went to the Nam Dan district police agency for confession. Duong declared that his friend–Nguyen Duc Mao (born in 1987, the victim’s husband), asked Duong to rape his wife and he arranged the case.
