Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has pledged all possible support for
Korean investors, especially Samsung, to bolster cooperation between
Vietnam and the Republic of Korea (RoK).
Receiving Vice
Chairman of Samsung Corporation Yeon Joo-jung in Hanoi on September 30,
the PM hailed the RoK as one of Vietnam’s top investors and trade
partners.
He said that the outcomes of Vietnam-RoK cooperation
over the past time have been beneficial to the countries’ common
development, adding that he hopes the company will expand its business
in Vietnam.
Vietnam always takes the successes of Samsung in
particular and foreign investors in general as its own accomplishments,
PM Dung noted.
He said that the outcomes of Vietnam-RoK

Yeon briefed the host on the
main activities of Samsung’s 35 affiliates. He said he hopes the
Vietnamese Government will forge a favourable business environment for
Samsung to expand its long-term operations in the country./.
