President Truong Tan Sang on February 25 sent his greetings to Kuwait’s King Sheikh Sabah Al Almad Al Jaber Al Sabah on the occasion of
the 52 nd National Day of Kuwait (February 25, 1961-2013).
The same day, Minister of Foreign Affairs Pham Binh Minh also extended
his greetings to Sheikh Sabah Khalid Al Hamad Al Sabah, Kuwait’s Deputy
Prime Minister cum Minister of Foreign Affairs.-VNA
