Deputy Minister of Public Security Pham Quy Ngo on May 8 had a working
session with visiting Hungarian Deputy State Secretary for the Ministry
of Public Administration and Justice Gabor Fekete on the implementation
of a residential management project.
Ngo stressed the importance
of the Hungarian Government-funded project in reforming administrative
procedures and institutionalising public administration in residential
management in Vietnam .
The Deputy Minister proposed the
Hungarian side soon implement a credit agreement for the project, making
it effective and on schedule.
He suggested the Hungarian
Government consider providing more official development assistance for
the Vietnamese Ministry of Public Security in order to expand the
project to other provinces, apart from a pilot scheme in the northern
city of Hai Phong .
Fekete affirmed Hungary’s support to help
Vietnam implement the project, which was signed during the 4 th session
of the Vietnam-Hungary Joint Committee in Hanoi in October 2012, with
highest results.-VNA
