Being launched in 2007, the 94-hectare Van Phu urban area is designed
in the form of a modern urban complex, including townhouses, villas,
high-rise buildings and social works.
It is expected to be a modern urban area of Hanoi but this complex is
now deserted, though it has been put into use for a long time.
Many villas and townhouses are uninhabited.
Being abandoned for a long time, these villas billions are blackened and moldy.
