Da Nang City , the disaster caused power outage on large scale, forcing
the suspension of the city’s two largest water supply factories – Cau
Do and San Bay.
The entire Quang Nam province has also suffered blackouts since October 14 night.
The
typhoon has damaged thousands of houses and schools, rooted a lot of
trees and submerging many roads in Tam Ky and Hoi An cities.
