There are 16 net houses for honeydew farming in the farm Up to 8,000 honeydew plants are cultivated in each net house in the farm, the highest density in Vietnam Net house farming generates three crops of honeydews each year Honeydew melons farmed in the ‘little desert’ have brought about high profit for growers  Honeydew melons are sold at 65,000 – 75,000 VND per kg  The farm in Bac Binh district also includes 2ha of dragon fruit plants  The dragon fruit output is about 50 tonnes per ha  Dragon fruit plants are also watered by an automatic watering system  Red-flesh dragon fruits here are sold at 35,000 – 45,000 VND per kg
