Youth invited to popularise ‘kool’ desinations in Viet Nam
HCM CITY (VNS)— A new project launched yesterday will get both residents and visitors to record information and impressions of famous and not-so-famous destinations as well as culture and cuisine of Viet Nam in order the make them more popular.
The project will have a website, www.mykoolvietnam.vn, as its centrepiece and will also release an E-tourism map as well as a book in the near future.
It will create opportunities for the youth to become “tour guides” and explore the country through the Kool Vietnam application, helping them check in and access or post information about destinations, food, shopping and entertainment spots quickly and easily.
The “checked-in” information will be collected and used in making an e- tourism map.
The project will be carried out over the three summer months this year, and continued during the same period in the years to come. — VNS
