Record roll
More than 600 people joined hands to make the ‘World Longest Spring Roll’, which was recognised by Guinness World Records. This feat was accomplished under the aegis of Asia Pacific Onboard Travel, on the Da Nang beach yesterday. The fresh spring roll was made from 250kg of chicken and prawn and 200kg of rice vermicelli. It also had 50kg of rice paper, escarole lettuce and mint leaves. It weighed 500kg and 500m long.
