Mekong Delta tourist promotion event to be held in Can Tho
The Da Nang Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism together with dozens of travel companies will organise a tourism-promotion event in Can Tho City on August 15, aiming to lure tourists from Can Tho and other localities in the Mekong Delta.
Da Nang is working with a number of air carriers to launch a Da Nang-Can Tho service.
The number of Mekong Delta tourist arrivals in Da Nang remains modest. Tourists from this region travel to Da Nang by road or transit in HCM City to catch a flight to Da Nang. — VNS
