Security have agreed to strengthen law enforcement cooperation at sea
during a bilateral meeting on April 29 in Ho Chi Minh City.

They
also reached consensus on the content of their coming memorandum of
understanding in four major issues relating to law enforcement at sea
encompassing, trafficking, piracy, illegal fishing and environmental
pollution.
Fisheries’ supporting activities, search and rescue, and an annual common patrol were also agreed upon.
