HÀ NỘI — Making French cultural tourism a worldwide experience is what the exhibition France eMotion – The Animated Journey is aiming to do at L’Espace in Hà Nội.
This exhibition is the result of a partnership between the France Tourism Development Agency, Atout France, and the Institut Français, celebrating new technologies, the work of four young international photographers and cultural sites throughout France.
Featuring 35 outstanding works that come alive through augmented reality, the exhibition aims to spark the curiosity of people around the world and inspire them to come (re)discover France’s rich heritage.
Talented young photographers from four different continents, including David Schalliol (from US), Ishola Akpo (from Benin), Edu Monteiro (from Brazil) and Lourdes Segade (from Spain), have produced original photographs for this special project.
The Mont-Saint-Michel, the Arc de Triomphe, the Château de Chambord… these exceptional venues are brought to life thanks to a fantasy cartoon character created by French digital artists Julie Chheng and Thomas Pons.
To embark on this animated journey, audiences need to download the free France eMotion app, which is available for iOS and Android on the App Store and Google Play.
The free entry is open until February 28 at l’Espace, 24 Tràng Tiền Street. — VNS
