HTA promotes local porcelain industry
HCM CITY (VNS)— The HCM City Tourism Association (HTA) yesterday signed a co-operation agreement with porcelain maker Minh Long 1 Co to bring the latter’s new product line to hotels and restaurants that are HTA members.
“Minh Long 1 is the first company chosen under our programme to select quality products for the tourism sector,” said Nguyen Thi Khanh, deputy chairwoman of HTA.
“This is a result of co-operation between the tourism sector and the domestic manufacturing industry.”
Khanh said HTA will use its co-operation agreements with other tourism associations to boost sales of the product. — VNS
