Martial arts history to be translated
DA NANG (VNS) – A history book about Viet Nam’s martial arts, compiled by martial arts master Pham Dinh Phong, will be translated into English and French.
Phong, vice chairman of the Viet Nam Traditional Martial Arts Federation, was recognised as the first Vietnamese person writing a history book of Vietnamese martial arts by the Viet Nam Book of Records (Vietkings).
He spent 12 years collecting objects, archaeological relics and historical information on the traditional martial arts of Viet Nam.— VNS
