Eleven Japanese films will be screened at the Le Do Cinema in Da Nang City from January 5-7 and 13-14 as part of an annual cultural exchange programme between Japan and the central city.

The Vietnam -Japan Culture Exchange Centre said the films, produced between 2015 and 2017, will be screened for free.
The Japanese film week will screen Sweet Bean, Her Love Boils Bathwater, Long Excuse, Rudolf the Black Cat, Reflection, Tora-san of Goto, Tsukiji Wonderland, Daytime Shooting Star, ReLIFE, Survival Family, Hannouji Hotel in English with Vietnamese subtitles.
More than 400,000 Japanese tourists, the second largest foreign group, visited Da Nang in 2016.
Direct flights have been launched between Da Nang, Osaka and Narita to boost tourism between destinations in central Vietnam and Japan. – VNA
