Representatives from about 20 Vietnamese associations and clubs in
Berlin gathered on September 1 for the “Vietnam’s Cultural Space”
event.
The Vietnamese embassy held this cultural activity to
mark the 68 th anniversary of Vietnam’s National Day (September 2).
Speaking at the opening ceremony, head of the programme’s
organisation board Le Xuan Dinh said the event aimed to bring together
Vietnamese people in Germany while promoting Vietnamese cultural
identity in the country.
It was also an opportunity for Vietnamese community in Germany to express their love for their homeland, he said
The first “Vietnam’s Cultural Space” event was held in 2012.-VNA
