Charity event to help disadvantaged children
HCM CITY (VNS) — A charity event called “Narrow the Gap” will be held in District 4 on September 15 to raise funds for non-profit organisations to help disadvantaged children.
The event is designed for adults and children, including games, book reading and arts and crafts corners, and photo booths. There are raffle prizes and complimentary food and drinks.
All profits from selling the tickets will go to a clean water tower for children in rural areas contaminated by alum in Long An, the Let’s Learn e-book for visually impaired children, and a programme for disadvantaged children.
The event will take place from 9am to 12pm. The venue is at 7 Nguyen Tat Thanh Street in District 4.
