A unique international textile festival of France will be held in
Vietnam for the first time in the framework of the 2013 Hue
Traditional Craft Festival.
It is part of activities to celebrate the France-Vietnam Year 2013-2014.
The festival, an annual event organised in France , will bring
international artists, designers and original textile products to
Vietnam.
As many as 80 textile patterns, old and new, along
with 15 stories about the industry’s development will be presented at
the event.
The activity will attract the participation of
famous designers including Minh Hanh from Vietnam, Patis Tesoro, Kinor
Jiang, Shu S un and French designers Francoise Hoffmann, Sophie, and
Francis Dravigny, along with Satab de Saint Just Malmont company and Puy
en Velay national factory.-VNA
