Singapore’s Minister for Foreign Affairs and Law, K Shanmugam, began his four-day visit to the US on March 12.
According to the Singaporean Foreign Ministry, during the visit,
Shanmugam will hold talks with his US counterpart, John Kerry. Their
discussions will be on key bilateral and regional issues.
He
will also meet US Attorney-General Eric Holder, several members of the
US Congress, Senior Administration officials, prominent American
strategic thinkers, and members of the media.
The Singapore FM said Singapore and the US enjoy “deep and long-standing relations”.-VNA
