The Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) on March
21 sent greetings to the Central Committee of the Lao People’s
Revolutionary Party on the occasion of the 58 th anniversary of the Lao
Party (March 22, 1955-2013).

The same day, Hoang
Binh Quan, member of the CPV Central Committee cum head of its
Commission for External Relations, sent his greetings to Lao Party
Politburo member, Deputy Prime Minister, head of the Party Central
Committee’s Commission for External Relations, and Foreign Minister
Thongloun Sisoulith.-VNA
